Having problems logging into the site?
Please note: some email addresses - especially AOL - do not accept emails sent from this website. If you have registered with an AOL email, you may not receive the confirmation link. We have been working to resolve this, however, we have no control over what email is marked as spam.
Some of you have written asking about problems trying to login to the site. There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to login to Childminding Accounts:
1. I did not receive a welcome email
2. I can’t remember my user name or password
3. I try to login but it says my account is blocked
4. I just signed-up, but it's not letting me login
I did not receive a welcome email
We require a working email address to send you the login activation details. These are sent immediately when you sign up. If you did not received an email, sign-up again or contact us.
I can’t remember my user name or password
If you can’t remember your details, there are links beside the register box that will give you a reminder or reset your password.
I try to login but it says my account is blocked
This happens because you haven’t confirmed your registration. You need to click the link in the email we send you; this will activate your account. If you’re still having problems contact us and we’ll try to sort it out.
I just signed-up, but it's not letting me login
If you received an email from us, there will be a link you need to click to activate your account. Make sure the details you entered are accurate; a simple typo can prevent you from logging in. If you are still having problems please contact us so we can help.
I can’t type in the username and password boxes
When you click the username or password boxes, you can’t type in them. Move your mouse up a bit until the arrow pointer becomes the text cursor (it looks like an I), then click the box. You should be able to type in the box now.
